- We will responsible for all aspects of Security at your premises.
- We are liable for the payment of salary & all legal dues to our employees.
- We will arrange for insurance cover of our employees & no liability will attach to your organisation.
- We will ensure that no theft / pilferage occurs due to negligence of our employee.
- We will maintain liaison with the Police & arrange for their assistance in case of any emergency.
- Our field staff make surprise Day & Night visits to the workplaces.
- We will ensure proper briefing / training of our staff.
- Payment of our contract fee will be made on 5th of every month or on the following working day should 5th be a holiday. Delay in payment will be considered as a breach of contact.
- This contract is liable to be terminated by either side on a month’s notice or on payment of month’s fee as compensation in lieu of notice.
- The rates will be revised with mutual discussion if any increase is envisaged due to increase of rates by the statutory bodies or some extraneous factors.
